Comprising three, four and five-bedroom homes, the development has been carefully designed by Virtue Property Group to enhance modern family life and create curb appeal for prospective homeowners.
Produced by Ash & Sky Interiors, the interior design reflects the spacious Surrey surroundings, with luxury fixtures and fittings chosen to meet the demands of country living.
The properties feature large glass windows, so it was important to choose flooring that wouldn’t fade in the sun. As a result, Ash & Sky Interiors opted for Amtico Spacia LVT, which is resistant to UV light to prevent fading and ageing. Featuring natural grey tones, Sun Bleached Oak complements the neutral colour scheme and provides a distressed wood grain aesthetic, without the maintenance of real timber flooring.

Extending throughout the downstairs areas of all 14 barns, the LVT floors are laid in a timeless Large Parquet laying pattern for a classic and luxurious look. The durable Spacia LVT collection features a 0.55mm wear layer and is waterproof, as well as resistant to scuffs and stains – perfect for modern families embracing country living, from muddy dog walks to social gatherings with friends.
“We discussed many flooring options with Virtue Property Group and it came down to real wood or Amtico. I have used Amtico in other projects, so I know it’s a good product that is hard-wearing and great for children and dogs, as well as waterproof and scratchproof. Nutley Dean Farm is based in the middle of the countryside, where homeowners have muddy paths and walks surrounding them, so it made sense to choose Amtico LVT.”
