Well-suited to the expansive setting, Stripwood enhances the openness of the space and seamlessly connects the mezzanine level with the ground floor, reinforcing a unified and considered design approach.

Eden Oak from Amtico Spacia was the perfect colour for the studios with its natural grain and calming finish. Required in First Acoustic, the Amtico team took the colour and created a tailor-made Amtico First Acoustic version for this stunning project.
The performance properties of Amtico First Acoustic reduce sound transmission by up to 18dB, improving comfort and privacy while contributing to a higher-quality living experience for residents across each floor.
